How long does my order take to ship?

It will take 2-3 business days to process the order after placing the order, and the delivery time is 8-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You can choose to ship it directly to your home or pick it up at the store.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently only support shipping to the entire United States. We are preparing this project for international shipping, so stay tuned.

What is your return policy? 

Customers who purchase on the website can return or exchange the package for free within 7 days after receiving it. You can return it to the store, and you will pay $7.99 for the shipping fee. (Customers who purchase in the store do not support return and exchange services)

If you find that the product is damaged after receiving the package, please take a photo and provide it to our staff, and we will send the same product again.
