Manual Fan Eyelashes

Our POLICY
Eyelash Fix Guideline
To ensure your service experience, we offer a 3-day free eyelash touch-up service. The guarantee period starts on the day after grafting (Day 1) and ends on Day 3 (for example, if grafting is performed on a Monday, the guarantee period is Tuesday through Thursday).
Important Note: The free touch-up service is only available in the following two circumstances. Each appointment lasts one hour. Changes to the original grafting service type are not permitted during the free touch-up period.
Eligible Situations:
1. Abnormal Eyelash Shedding: Within a short period of time after grafting (within the 3-day guarantee period), the grafted eyelash shedding rate reaches or exceeds 10% per eye. Our technician will conduct a professional assessment based on the initial number of lashes at the time of grafting and the current shedding situation.
(Explicit Exclusion: This service does not apply to cases where the client removes their own lashes and requests re-grafting. We reserve the right to determine whether the shedding is due to abnormal circumstances or human error.)
2. Eye Discomfort: Within the 3-day guarantee period after grafting, any of the following eye discomfort symptoms occur. (Important Note: If you experience any discomfort, please stop rubbing your eyes immediately and contact us as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.)
How to:
If any of the above situations qualify for a free repair, please contact us to discuss the specific issue (loss or discomfort). When contacting us, please take a detailed selfie of your eye and share your condition. Please contact us promptly within the warranty period to schedule an appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, please visit us at the appointed time for professional evaluation and treatment. (Reminder: For the best possible repair results and to protect your eye health, please contact us immediately upon discovery of any problem; do not delay until the warranty expires.)
Deoposit Fee 20%
Deposit: A refundable deposit of 20% of the service price is required to secure all appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
More than 24 hours in advance: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. There is no fee, and your deposit will be fully refunded.
Same-day Rescheduling: All rescheduling requests made on the day of the service will be treated as a "late cancellation." Your original appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
Cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
No-Call/No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide prior notice, a fee of 50% of the service price will be charged as a penalty.
Please note that no refunds of any kind will be issued once a service has been provided.
